If this was ice cream, it would have been melted by now...

We clearly have forgotten about the blog!

The semester is only half over?
I guess the 4th year at USI can take a toll on some people...

Well, we obviously have not had too much free time on our hands! Between classes, work, a puppy trapped in a big dog's body, and all the other chaos being a college kid brings we haven't had much time to update our blog lately...

As always, TONS of funny things have happened. This time, we're going to share with pictures!!!

We definitely do not lack in personal hygiene when we're super busy!

Silly little pranks keep us going!!! this one's called "operation yellow card" :D

I think this one is pretty self explanatory... another one of those late nights and
Courtney had another crazy idea!

Rocco loves playing tennis. It's a good stress reliever for his owners... chuck that ball with ally our might!

The Olive can won...

Courtney's artwork takes over the apartment!
But Michelle is okay with it... it brings color into their lives!

The chair apparently was too much for Michelle to handle...

with all the homework they do, Rocco's gotta get his bonding in somehow!

Words with friends, without seeing?

soup kitchen?

and this is what college, being busy, and art does to someone!

lots of GREAT dinners from some awesome cooks this semester!

of course there is always time for some football!

macbook fun :P

just a glimpse of the craziness!

One Size Fits Two

I believe everyone at some point in their lives have wondered, "can two people fit in that one pair of pants?"

Well, This question we asked ourselves became reality. As I stuck two legs in one leg in a pair of shorts I said "michelle, We have to try this!" A couple minutes later, we were both on the floor with a very stretched out pair of shorts. No, we did not succeed.

It's been a long three weeks of school, but as always there is plenty of laughter coming from 1128 getting us through all the chaos of school and life.

So, the first round of laughter came from a can of black olives... Amongst all the art projects I decided I needed something to snack on. Needless to say, the can opener didn't do its job very well. By trying to fix the mess it created I managed to slice my finger open and spend more than an hour at urgent care getting stitches... The dog did not give me the comfort I was looking for amongst the blood covered paper towels. and Michelle, well Michelle kept asking me "are you ignorant?" since than, she's been told to synonym the word. :) I think an electrical can opener is a soon to be must have.

Rocco brings plenty of laughter to our live as well. He seems to be just so cute that we can't yell at him when he eats the blinds, bowls, curtains, socks, etc. He's a good friend to have around amongst all the chaos. He keeps things lively around here.

Michelle had a sick car. She told me this after we made a foolish trip to Autozone to get me a windshield wiper. (don't try to remove a frisbee from your windshield with your wipers) Her check engine light was on for quite a while. While having conversation with a neighbor, she decided that the hood of her car would be the best place to relax. In the midst of her sitting a huge popping sound came from the hood. The next day she informed us her check engine light was off. Need your car fixed? We know how to do it!!! hahaha... kidding...

Well, It's been nice catching up and updating the blog...

I'm going to end with this... "If God pulled us over right now He'd be like "WHAT ARE YOU DOING???"

Looking forward to bringing you more laughter :)

Special Olympics!!!

SO Much happened in such a great weekend!!! so instead of reading, you get to see it like a picture book!

The morning started off with us waking up at 5 and driving to Terre Haute. Michelle and I followed the buses on 41 until we temporarily (and by that I mean for an hour) lost the buses while we stopped at the bank!
Luckily we were able to catch up. We were sitting on pins and needles the whole time, afraid we might screw up our first task! and that was GETTING there!

Some were more excited than others to be riding on the bus bright and early! Michelle and I definitely had to rock out to ke$ha to stay awake on that early ride!

The pool the athletes got to swim in was cold! While I was timing they kept telling me it was freezing and my response always was "they make it that way so you will swim faster!!! :) "

When they were not swimming they were sitting, and playing DS's, singing to Lemonade mouth, eating junk food, wondering around (when we were not looking), taking long bathroom breaks, stretching, getting medals, sleeping, looking like they were going to cry (Michelle), coloring, and so much more!
Olympic Town!!!
Stretching :)
Lemonade Mouth Jam Session!

There was some free time for Olympic Town, Napping, and Medals!!!

and THIS is what some had to say about swimming!!!

Cole taught me how to do the wave and the robot, while Ronnie danced with Amber!

We just had a little bit of SOVC spirit!!!

The athletes needed some rest....

But the coaches might have needed more :)

This is how I felt a few times.... :) And this is how I felt about THAT girl :)

I can't even begin to explain what a FANTASTIC job these two did and what great people they are! If they were not busy taking care of our athletes they were busy helping someone else out! They really are a great example for those around and care so much about the well being of the swimmers!!!

So the best way to sum the weekend up would be with these two pictures...

ny = my :)
Wouldn't be a true text if it was spelled right!

So between all the chaos, exhaustion, heat, girls with very loud voices, being lost, people waking you up by doing flips in their beds (Michelle), not being able to get heat sheets, trying to find the right place to put your swimmer, preventing sugar from going in drinks, millions of sub sandwiches, broken cars, locked in room keys... All that was made up for when we got to see how happy those athletes were when they got their medals and ribbons!

Love, Courtney and Michelle :)

Meet Rocco!

Rocco - Looks so innocent :)
Blog readers... Meet Rocco! The newest addition to 1128 :)

Michelle and I jokingly say if only everyone could see and hear what the dog does everyone would get much laughter... It's a shock he still accepts us as his owners! He probably thinks we're crazy!

Rocco is a very kind hearted dog :) He follows Michelle and I everywhere, and sometimes feels the need to watch our every move. His favorite thing to do is fetch. He really likes the tennis ball that Aunt Heather gave him and anything that has a squeaker. Those don't last very long... apparently getting the squeaker out is like finding a toy in your cereal box. He enjoys drinking out of toilets, trying to lay on the couch and giving Michelle and I sad eyes until we finally break down and give him a piece of what we're eating.

Having a dog is definitely not what we expected it to be... brace yourselves, the stories are good...

The first night Rocco was home we thought he pooped on my pillow... (ew!)
I was getting ready for bed and Michelle came running in and said "Rocco did something gross on your pillow!" so, naturally, I freaked out and ran over towards it but not too close. Whatever it was looked mighty disgusting. A few minutes later I walked up to my pillow as Michelle stood about 10 feet or so away and I picked it up with my bare hands. Michelle’s face = priceless. Happens to be that what we thought was crap on my pillow was only a tan colored Scooby Doo dog treat :)  After that, we knew having Rocco in our lives was going to be a good experience.

Walking Rocco on a leash is kind of hard… We’re gradually getting better… One of the first days we had him I was walking him down the sidewalk and he was ready to go back inside. It had been raining earlier that day and our front porch was slightly damp. Taking a leap from the sidewalk to the porch was not a good idea. The minute my foot hit the ground, I slipped and fell right on all fours. Rocco looked at me with his head turned as the lady across the street kept asking if I was okay. I was so wrapped up in laughter I couldn’t respond to her concern. That was the first of many falls while walking Rocco around. But like I said, he’s getting better :)

Big  thanks those who answer all the silly dog questions! Greatly appreciated!!!

Lot's more stories to come :)

boo?

The end of the semester is approaching us quickly!
Lots to do, and so little time to do it... At least in Michelles case. Me, not so much.
However, amidst all the chaos we still find the time to enjoy living in 1128!!

First I'll start off telling why the title of our latest blog is "boo?"
I am a scardy cat. I jump when a dog barks, someone says boo and I either throw a punch or run in the opposite direction.
Michelle enjoy the reaction I give when she scares me. (my tolwel rod is bent in half because scaring me in the bathroom is just SO funny! haha)
For a while she was does it daily... but not anymore since I got back at her :)
Let's just say that people popping in windows wearing dark clothes and only showing their eyes is a great way to get back at someone :) It was well worth the painful laughter! :) I do it out of love!!!

The Michelle and Courtney quote of the week:
Aaron "I do what people tell me"
Courtney "so if Michelle told you to jump of a bridge you'd do it?"
Aaron "I'll push her off the bridge"
Michell "Just don't push me off the bridge into the Ohio River."
Courtney "There's a bridge that goes over the Ohio?"

Der der derrrr.....

Hope ya'll have a great day :)

WOOOOOO WOOOOOOO!!!

woo woo?
Here is your explanation: of course we were playing words with friends... Michelle needed more people to play, so I was kindly sharing my siblings user names with her. As I was telling her about my sisters she went woooo woooo and made a choo choo train sound. Much laughter occurred every time she went "woo woo." Not just laughter, painful laughter. That same night she her the train go "woo woo" and decided she needed to make the noise as well :)

Sorry for the delay in posts... Life has had a good grip on us. As always, there is still plenty of laughter and good stories to share.

Last week Michelle and I went to the tattoo place. I got my tattoo touched up and Michelle got a new tattoo that says "hope" on the inside of her ankle. Why? Because "Without hope, I wouldn't be where I am" <--- direct quote. Needless to say, Angry Birds and Words With Friends was not a good enough distraction from the needles going into my foot and her ankle!

A few days later we went to our favorite restaurant Los Bravos. ( or Lo Bro... we had to shorten it :) )
Unfortunately it made me feel very ill... so to cure that Michelle and I drove all around the North / East side of Evansville. We were picking up random internet to play WWF! We actually sat at a gas station for about 15 minutes to play. It was quite the drive. It ended with Michelle saying "I want doughnuts" and me grabbing a big container from the back of my car that had dunken doughnuts in it. Thats what I call fate.

Here is your conversation of the week:
Typing on Facebook...

Michelle: are you on your way home right now?
Courtney:  um... your talking to me on Facebook chat silly!

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE!!!!!

Our Secret Friendship Tattoo...

First, you need to start by watching the first 45 seconds of this This Video :)
Now that you've watched Harriet the Barefoot Spy, you might know where this is going...

Tonight Michelle and I sat on the couch for an hour and a half to play Words With Friends. We than decided to go pick up my prescription and stop by the tattoo place to see how much a touch up on my tattoo will be... After an exciting ride back she than let me draw a potential tattoo on her foot.

Thats when Harriet the Spy popped into my head! I loved this movie when I was a kid! And I remember the "Secret friendship tattoo" part of the movie. So of course, Michelle and I needed to do it.

I found a sharpie, drew a smiley face on my foot and tada! We're friends! and we have secret friendship tattoos!!!

Love,
Michelle and Courtney.

sigh-ra-coys or Syracuse?

I had a brain fail while filling out my March Madness bracket. Apparently I don't know how to pronounce Syracuse... Glad I could bring some laughter to people’s lives.

It has been a long time since we've blogged... Why? Because Michelle and I were on spring break. The hilariously good stuff only happens when two of us are together...

So here are some quotes I think you might enjoy...

DVR FAIL:
Michelle "Tonight’s the night!!" (To watch the Bachelor)
Michelle "And we can fast forward through all those commercials tonight"
Courtney " No we can't..."
Michelle "well crap."

SEEDS?:
Michelle "look at these seed numbers!"
Courtney "seeds?"
Michelle "Yeah, like the things you plant in the ground. ya know. You plant the seeds and whichever one comes up wins the bracket"
Courtney "I give up. I am way too confused."

BACHELOR FAIL:
Courtney "I want a candy bar! Lets pause it and go to CVS"
Michelle "Okay, let’s go!"
* Travel to CVS... Pick out candy bar... @ register
Michelle "WHAT?! Newly engaged Emily fakes husband’s death?!"
Courtney "Well guess we don't need to watch it anymore! Now we know what happens!!"

BLONDIE:
Michelle "it's oblique"
Courtney "I have no idea what that means, I have blonde hair..."

WATER BOIL FAIL!!!:
Courtney "Yes, you can take a shower, just don't drink the water"
Michelle "That’s going to be so hard for me!! I drink shower water. I get thirsty when I'm in there"
Courtney "hahaha, gross!!! Warm shower water?!"
Michelle "I'm nervous to shower, I'm going to shower with a bad on my head"
Courtney "That’s going to be a great one to share with the police!! "I don't know how she died officer; she went in the shower and put a bag on her head because she was afraid to get sick from the boil advisory... I would have called sooner, but I needed her police scanner so I could to everything that was going on!!""

LOST WATCH:
Michelle "I can't find my watch anywhere!"
Courtney "Why don't you call it?..... wait... just kidding."

We hope you enjoyed!!!

There's a Movie Called Pocahontas?

The title is a quote from an anonymous person who said "Tehres a movie called Pocohontas?" while I was reading the blog to her. hahaha

Today stated off as a sweat pant kind of day. Haha, which turned into a "Let’s Eat Los Bravos" and "Let's Fly a Kite" kind of day.  Somehow, my AMAZING, Los Bravos, Taquito Salad (that Michelle bought) ended up on my sweats and the couch... BUT, it was still really tasty.

We've had our kite for about 3 weeks now. It’s a Toy Story kite (Michelle has not seen TS3!!!!). We decided we were going to try to fly it again today (which she also has not done). However, today was a bit windier than the last. We should have sung Pocahontas, than maybe we could have been "one with the wind” or saw “the colors of the wind.” The "kite flying" ended up with Michelle running up and down the street, and somehow the string broke and wrapped itself around my shoe... Still not sure how that happened. We gave up after that.

Tonight Michelle and I have a meeting where we are supposed to be bringing something to eat. I (the irresponsible/ last minute one) didn't think about this until 2 PM this afternoon. Therefore, I decided I was going to make a dip. I had a package of cream cheese, shredded cheese, and a can of Chili Beans. Needless to say, the meeting tonight might be a little musical, if everyone enjoys my "Beany Love Dup."

We are anticipating the new episode of Teen Mom 2!!! That we recorded (hopefully) on our DVR!!! This is causing us to pay less on our bill! Really? I’m still confused…

Well, have a great night! And enjoy the nice weather :)

For you grammar crazies out there, I hope this post was better than the last few :)

OH! and HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUSTIN BEIBER!!!

Unibrows and Leaky Showers...

How do the two relate?
Here's how...
Today was spent as usual for those who live in 1128... School, Work, Bible Study, etc. And of course it would not be a normal day if it didn't end with some fantastic events...
So here goes...
Michelle arrived home later the evening after class. I watched American Idol while she enjoyed Teen Mom 2 on her computer. We text one another, while sitting on the couch, during our shows. hahaha
After that I decided we needed to go to CVS to get some mascara. :) While on our way home, actually we were not even out of the parking lot yet, we were talking about the mascara we just bought, and I was trying to convince her to put it on. Somewhere in tehre something REALLY funny was said and Michelle talked like an old woman / little kid / puppy. (thats the best way to describe it) This event resulted in a 5 minute drive home, which really should have been 3 minutes. RIDICULOUS. But don't worry (shout out to those who have seen "The Other Guys") there was a point where we "AMERICAAAAAAAAA'd" it.

When we got back to the apartment, I gave Michelle a unibrow with the mascara while we were sitting in the car...

Than she bunny hopped to the apartment.

This resulted in us standing outside the apartment for about 5 minutes laughing uncontrollably, and her continuing to jump around. We were laughing so hard we could not get the door unlocked.

We finally made it inside and our laughter came to a halt.

THAN... as Michelle is in the shower, she screams my name, so naturally I went running.
I cracked the door open and I got sprayed with water...
The shower head was like a sprinkler! Shooting water everywhere!!! So, naturally, I came to the rescue and nailed a towel to the walls to prevent the bubbling paint from spreading :)

The night ended with, yet another, request to maintenance!!!

Have a nice day everybody!!!

Don't touch me with your feet!!!

So, coming up with a title that is catchy is pretty hard to do... Hence the title "Don;t touch me with your feet!" haha Michelle just attempted to touch me with her foot. I don't like feet. Gross!

So, What this blog is really going to be is about our Kite flying experience...

We decided to go for a walk... We walked around the apartment complex, through the mounds of dog poop, over the prickly bally things (where I almost went caboom), around the weird looking town houses, and past the meters (where we tried to figure out who's was who's) . It was a nice walk, filled with fresh air. We than decided that we wanted to get chairs for the "porch."

We stopped at the bank ATM that had braille on it... than off to Target we went. However, the chairs were to much for our budget. So Michelle decided to get a water bottle, and that was where I came across the kites. They were so intriguing. I got even more excited when I realized there were Toy Story kites!!!
Obviously, I bought the kite. I hoped that it was windy enough out! haha (if you haven't noticed yet, I'm the one with the crazy ideas, and Michelle is the one that makes them more fun :) )

So after the kite was assembled, we went outside. In the dark. In the middle off the street. Where anyone can look out their window.

I made Michelle stand with the kite in the air as I ran up and down the street... unfortunately there was no wind :( My Woody, and Buzz kite only got about 3 feet up in the air. But i was NOT giving up quite yet.  I than realized that the bad that the kite came in was stuck to  kite... after that it went about 4 feet up in the air while I ran.

No worries, it only landed on my car about 4 times. no one else's!

So, what did we learn from this?
#1. There is braille on the ATM for those who need it... Which I don't really understand... because it's a drive - up ATM.
#2 - Don't fly a kite A) in the dark. B) where everyone can see. C) when there is no wind.

haha and another funny thing... Michelle and I always watch the last 10-15 minute of the Titanic. and tonight we saw the part where she (Rose) was laying in the frozen water and Michelle says "Her hair is like, frozen!" :) hahaha

Have a GREAT night!!!

I'm with --> RUDE!

I'm with --> Rude!
haha Michelle and I have a favorite word. did ya guess what it is? RUUUDE! hold the U for a very long time. This word usage originated sophomore year sometime... and it has stuck ever since! It is very catchy... It a nice way to say, "hey, not cool!!!" or when we joke with one another. We use it in a joking manner. :)
any who... I wanted to title it I'm with --> Rude because there is talk about how we are going to get t-shirts. Mine would say "I'm with --> " and hers, obviously, "rude" which is funny....
Here's why.
Michelle is not rude, she's the best roommate around!!! (she doesn't know I'm writing this :P)
There is a song from wicked that goes something like "because I know you, I have been changed for good." I think this portrays our friendship very well. That girl can make me laugh SO HARD that I have to lean over in pain. She can put a smile on my face in the deepest moments! and I appreciate that so much!!! (thanks Michelle :0) )
Want to know how she did today? I will gladly share :)

We spent part of the day in class, part in the doctors office, and part at USI for dinner and SCF.
The first part - BORING. The second part - BORING. The third part - :) hahahha It began with our drive to USI. We realized we forgot to make out SCF Announcement video! so... Michelle had the bright idea to video tape it on our way to SCF... while I was driving. :) hahaha it turned out fairly well!

After SCF we had to drop money of for cookies!!! (YES!!!! Girl Scout Cookie Time!!!) And I got a little side tracked with Words With Friends. hahah as usual when I am connected to the WiFi!!! Michelle and I licked a battery... haha her end was nice and clean thanks to my sanitizing it with hand sanitizer! It made a pop noise and she made a priceless face that had me, once again, bent over in laughter. :)

We're a pretty gullible set of friends. We were than convinced that the fire extinguisher box had an alarm and that if we opened it security was going to come... even more, we were kind of convinced that if you tapped the "F" and the "R" you could "deactivate" the alarm... hahaha
needless to say, there was no alarm. It was just a box... with a fire extinguisher in it :)

Well, my comfy bed is calling my name!!!

Gorilla Toes Gone Bad...

hahaha...
You know you are already laughing from reading this title... so we thought we would join you.

Michelle and I had a pretty chill day... class, work, studying or "studying",The Bachelor, and you can't forget, Words With Friends... All these relaxed events led up to some pretty interesting conversation and some events that will go down in the "Roomie Record Book of Craziest Things." (Michelle just said "stupid Bill Gates, can't even spell roomie!" but really.. its microsoft word spell check..) so... onto these weird events... it started with Michelle sitting by my bed as we tried to eliminate all the things i do not want to do with my life, as in getting a degree at USI... there is abuot 5 tings on that list now. :) So, we'll see where that gets me. hahaha. after Michelles EXTREME excitement of Michelle (ironic?) Getting kicked off The Bachelor, we ended up on the couch...

Here's where the crazy actually begins... while in deep conversation... I decided that I was going to tape my toes together... Yes, I have freaky gorilla feet... as in my big toe is REALLY separated from my index? toe. So, as my toes were "fixing" themselves, Michelle decided she needed some lotion on her legs.. Being the great roommate I am I decided to practice my massage skills. Man was that funny... I found the sore spots in her cafes for sure! hahaha after a while I realized that my toes (that i had taped together 5 minutes prior) began to turn red... Michelle came to the rescue with the little Fiskers! She ripped that tape off and used the scissors as necessary.
Sad to say that when the next time I walk at the beach it will look like gorilla feet behind me. However, Michelle will have very smooth legs!!!

We hope you enjoy reading these blogs as much as we enjoy writing them ... so let us know what you think!!!

Have a great night,
Love,
Gorilla Feet and Smooth Legs

Doughnut Bank and Bieber Fever?

I'm just going to start by saying that I did see the Justin Bieber move. and yes, I did enjoy it.
AND... there is a Donut Bank down the street from my apartment...

The events leading up to it were very interesting as well...
Today was a day that consisted of laziness... Since Michelle is gone for the weekend I had to find ways to waste time and entertain myself. :)
It started with a trip to Walmart... I dread that place, but it wasn't too bad!
Simply because i deiced to drive all the way to Newburgh from North Park about a 30 or so minute drive on a Saturday morning. Lot's of good food and finally a new bowl to replace the one i broke that went with the set of dishes I got for Christmas. But of course, you can not take a trip to Walmart without forgetting something!... so off to the store I went for some much needed eggs.

After all my grocery store adventures I decided that watching TV was the next thing on my list of lazy things to do for the day. It quickly turned into me watching all the neighbors walk around. It's amazing that so many people go outside when the weather is about 50 degrees! But the most entertaining of all... was the events that occurred on the tennis court. I than decided to make a vow to myself to NEVER play tennis on that court. simply because there are so many people to watch me make a fool of myself from the couch :) hahaha

Off to goodwill i went to get a crazy outfit for the "goodwill clothing contest" at the lock in on friday... more to come about that. haha

As the door shut behind me on my way to see the Justin Bieber movie I realized that I had just locked my keys inside... So me being the smart one said, "I'll just call maintenance" ... not so smart... haha How am I supposed to call someone if I don't know what the number is? hahaha So than I realized that a window was probably unlocked from when it was open earlier...
I think you can guess what happens from here... After taking the screen off as quickly as I could so no one could see I leaned in the window to put the vent in the hole (it was cold earlier, so i took it off :) ) I wanted to make sure my foot didn't land int there! I than got one leg over the window and just dove onto the bed! It was a nice cushiony land.

Note to self: make sure keys are in pocket BEFORE locking the door... or maybe lock the door with the key? haha

Well, "Off The Map" is calling me!

Afro - Turf...

Why hello again...
I embarrassed Michelle already with her $1.25 story... so I decided that I could tell you a little story about afro-turf...

There are many games that Michelle and I are addicted to. Family Feud, that dumb bird game that I can’t remember the name of… Dead Birds? Crazy Birds? Flying Birds?, (she likes it more than I do- simply because I cannot beat level 1!) Crazy Taxi, Bubble Breaker, and the list goes on. The #1 game that we feed one another’s addiction with would be WORDS WITH FRIENDS (seriously, if you have an iPod… download it!) WWF is not your typical iPod game… It took me quite some time to figure out how to play it… it’s a “slow passed Scrabble.” You get to play your friend and kick their butts! Or in some cases… you get your butt kicked… quite unfortunate. I have yet to get tired of it! (which in the long run, might be a bad thing!)

We have been playing this game for quite some time now. So much that I decided for my birthday I was going to download the actual app and pay for it. $2.99 is the amount it took out of my pocket… Michelle was lucky enough to get it on “sale” for $.99!!! I’m not bitter. I appreciate my ad free game. (hahaha)
So here is where Afro – turf comes into play…

Today I was playing WWF at work, something I enjoy doing while watching my new addiction Greek. The words “Afro” was played…  I looked at it, and said “I’m really surprised that is an acceptable word” (keep in mind… damneder, Qi, shirty, Yore, Goo, gee, Zee, and Jun are all acceptable words as well) I thought that maybe it was considered slang or something… So as I was explain why I did not think it was an acceptable word… I thought to myself “self, isn’t afroturf the stuff that is fake and on football fields?”… It was then that I realized that I had just had my blonde moment for the day. It’s not Afroturf… its ASTROTURF…

While Studying for Psychology...

Greetings all-

As Courtney and I are sitting down studying for our psychology quiz tomorrow, I thought I would take a break and talk about what happened throughout the day. Today (along with every Thursday) was cleaning day. Woohoo!! With the both of us working on it, it only took us about half an hour, but boy was it intense! Haha. Penne pasta and pudding for lunch :) and by four we were at the library. Oh the joys of the library!!

Some people obviously don't know it's a library and were being VERY loud. Cyclone salads for dinner, which is one of the new restaurants on campus. Though our salads were good, they did have a little too much dressing on them, which didn't make Courtney to happy! SCF was exciting tonight. From the Mr. Money Bags and Pink Pearl Piggy Announcements to the "Discipleship Shuffle", it was a great time. We are covering the real-life discipleship manual in small groups, and the large groups as well. It is AWESOME that the people participating in the small groups are able to hear the information again on Thursdays. It really makes us step back and see how we need to become more of a disciple and not be "in the bleachers", but rather "playing the game."

Oh, the "discipleship shuffle!!" Seeing everyone participate was fantastic including watching Rob and Don try to maneuver their skills. Thanks for the great laughs.

Well, as I am listening to the microwave beeping singaling Courtney that the popcorn is done, when she really wanted popcorn but chose Ranch Tortilla Chips, I'm realizing that I need to get back to studying.

Have a great night!!

We're Gonna Have SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!

Why hello there...
Michelle and Courtney here.
We come to you with pudding in our hands and our belly's full of Penne pasta with butter and Parmesan cheese. A favorite here.

We decided that too much fun happens to keep it all trapped inside the apartment. So, walk with us on this journey of being roommates and living on our own in the semi - big kid world.

Here's a story to give you an insight about what really happens within these very frigid walls. (Michelle is looking over my shoulder to make sure I spell everything right!)

The other day Michelle and I were at the laundry room doing laundry... Her clothes were a little damp so i said "we can put them in again" she said "i don't want to wait another hour and 25 minutes..." I said "Michelle, it cost $1.25...." hahahahaha oh the joys of doing laundry in a laundry room with a door that is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to open! Needless to say, the people inside would be really safe since no one, even with a key, can get in there!

Well, the Words With Friends chime is calling us to go and play words!!

todaloo for now!
